About the Presenters

Jessica Crehan, a Registered Dietitian with West Springs Nutrition, is passionate about helping women balance their blood sugar and support their hormones naturally. She specializes in working with those who face challenges like Type 2 Diabetes, Insulin Resistance, and PCOS. By making healthy eating simple and accessible, she helps clients feel better, gain more energy, and achieve lasting wellness. To make her support even more reachable, she offers convenient telehealth appointments.

Beth Scholer, NBC-HWC, CC, CDM- CFPP is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and culinary nutrition educator. Through her work at Intune Integrated Nutrition, she empowers women to tune into their bodies and create sustainable changes toward renewed health and well-being.  Beth collaborates with her clients to explore how to best nourish their body, optimize digestion, balance hormones, and elevate emotional well-being using a holistic approach.
