Beth Scholer, NBC-HWC, CC, CDM- CFPP is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and culinary nutrition educator. She empowers women to tune into their bodies and create sustainable changes toward renewed health and well-being.  Beth collaborates with her clients to explore how to best nourish their body, optimize digestion, balance hormones, and elevate emotional well-being using a holistic approach.
