How Does Group Coaching Work?

Group coaching blends the benefits of both group and 1-on-1 support, all in a convenient virtual format.

Group Sessions

  • 90 minutes, once a month at a designated time

  • Expert education, interactive activities, and personalized coaching

  • A supportive space to learn, discuss goals and challenges, build accountability and create clear action steps

  • Several monthly session times are available - see below for details and find the option that works best for you.

Group Coaching Options

Option 1

  • Six monthly group coaching sessions (1 per month)

  • Three 1-on-1 coaching sessions (scheduled at your convenience)
    $110 per month

Option 2

  • Six monthly group coaching sessions (1 per month)

  • Six 1-on-1 coaching sessions (scheduled at your convenience)
    $165 per month

Both packages include biweekly check-ins by text or email upon request.

What makes a good candidate for group coaching?

  1. A commitment to your coach, yourself and your group for the full coaching process.

  2. A commitment to keep everything discussed during group confidential.

  3. Willingness to actively participate, be respectful and foster a safe and inclusive environment.

  4. Showing up as your genuine and authentic self and embracing vulnerability and honesty.

  5. Willingness to share and receive feedback in a supportive and constructive manner.

  6. An open mind to different perspectives, ideas and experiences.

  7. Access to a computer or tablet (preferred) smart phones are ok, dependable internet connection, quiet place for group meetings and familiarity with email, websites and virtual calls (Zoom).
